NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following legally described trust property will be sold, pursuant to the power of sale under that certain deed of trust dated January 12, 2012, and recorded January 13, 2012 as Instrument Number 2012-0029657 of Official Records of Maricopa County, State of Arizona. NOTICE!
