STATEMENT OF BREACH OR NON-PERFORMANCE
A breach or non-performance of the Deed of Trust referred to in the attached Notice of Trustee's Sale (which Deed of Trust is dated January 25, 2018, and recorded on January 30, 2018 in Document No. 18-74428 of Official Records in Maricopa County, Arizona) (the "Deed of Trust") and or the Promissory Note/contract secured thereby, or both, has occurred by reason of the following:
Failure to make the payments required under the terms of the Deed of Trust and Promissory Note
For the reason above, the current beneficiary under the Deed of Trust has elected to sell, or cause to be sold, the property described in the Notice of Trustee's Sale under the Deed of Trust in order to satisfy the obligation.
All persons whose interest in the trust property is subordinate in priority to that of the Deed of Trust are hereby advised that their interest may be subject to being terminated by the scheduled Trustee's Sale.
