Legal Description:The leasehold interest created by that certain unrecorded lease dated December 31, 2013, executed by Falcon Field Airport-The City of Mesa, as Lessor, and Evans Investment Company Limited Partnership, as Lessee, the lessee’s interest under which lease was assigned to Falcon Holdings, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company by a Consent to Assignment and Assumption of Master Tenant Lease recorded in the Official Records of Maricopa County, Arizona, at Document No. 2016-0214030. All pertaining to the real property described below:

COMMENCING at a brass cap in hand hole found at the South quarter corner of said Section 3, from which a brass cap in hand hole found at the Southwest corner of said Section 3 bears South 89 degrees 30 minutes 09 seconds West, 2627.57 feet; thence North 00 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds East along the North-South midsection line of said Section 3, 1072.95 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 89 degrees 53 minutes 47 seconds West, 229.87 feet; thence North 00 degrees 25 minutes 49 seconds West, 233.22 feet to a point on a non-tangent curve to the right, from which the radius point lies South 89 degrees 52 minutes 07 seconds East, 380.00 feet; thence Northerly along said curve, through a central angle of 42 degrees 36 minutes 13 seconds, an arc distance of 282.56 feet; thence South 39 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds East, 207.87 feet to a point on the said North-South midsection line; thence South 00 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds West along said North-South midsection line, 329.60 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
