NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Managed Protective Services, Inc., LF 20124, has filed with the above referenced court a Report on Sale of Real Property and Petition for Confirmation of Sale.
The real property is described as follows: 1550 S Danielson Way, Chandler, AZ 85286, aka Maricopa County Assessor Parcel No. 30330583, aka ARIZONA IMPRESSIONS MCR 504-14
The proposed sales price for the property is $339,500.00. The name and telephone number of the Petitioner's attorney is set forth above. For further particulars those concerned should refer to the report which is on file with the court.
A hearing has been set to consider the petition on the 28th day of May, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. before the Honorable Paula Williams, at the Southeast Division of the Maricopa County Superior Court, 222 East Javelina Avenue, courtroom 302, Mesa, Arizona 85210.
The Court, at the hearing, may consider other bids.
Anyone interested in the estate may appear at the time of the hearing and show cause whether the sale should or should not be confirmed.
