NOTICE TO CREDITORS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Phyllis Ruth Swan died on November 17, 2021, and at the time of her death she was a resident of Maricopa County, Arizona, and that Gregory Charles Swan is the acting Trustee of The Leslie and Phyllis Swan Trust created April 13, 2007, and acting Trustee of The Phyllis Swan Survivor's Trust created September 3, 2010, pursuant to the terms of The Leslie and Phyllis Swan Trust. No probate has or will be opened. All persons having claims against the decedent's estate or either Trust are required to present their claims pursuant to A.R.S. Section 14-3803, subsection A, and A.R.S. Section 14-6103, subsection B, within four months after the date of the first publication of this notice or the claims are forever barred as against the Trustees, the Trusts, and their beneficiaries.
