NOTICEThe Immanuel Charitable Foundation is a private foundation operating in the State of Arizona. The principal manager of the Foundation is Charles B. Duff. In accordance with Section 6104(d) of the Internal Revenue Code, the private foundation's 2021 Annual Information Return Form 990-PF is available for inspection during regular business hours to any citizen who requests inspection within 180 days after this Notice is published. Since the Foundation has no principal office other than the residence of the principal manager, the information return is available for inspection at the office of the Foundation's statutory agent, in care of Robert L.
