PUBLIC NOTICE – 15 BUSINESS DAY COMMENT PERIOD ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY PROSPECTIVE PURCHASER AGREEMENT- FORMER UNIDYNAMICS PHOENIX INCThe Arizona Department of Environmental Quality ("ADEQ" or the "State"), has negotiated a Prospective Purchaser Agreement (Agreement) with Goodyear Industrial Properties, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, referred to as "Owner/Purchaser." The property is located at 200 South Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ 85338 (the "Property"). In the Agreement, the State covenants not to sue Goodyear Industrial Properties, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company for existing contamination at the Property at the time the Owner acquired it in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 49-285.01.
