The Court, having reviewed the Motion and Affidavit for Service by Publication and the Motion to Reset the Order to Show Cause Hearing, and good cause appearing therefore: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff may accomplish service of the Complaint and Order to Show Cause by means of publication. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant shall appear in person before this court on June 16, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. (1 hour) then and there to show cause, if there be any, why the relief sought in Plaintiffs’ Complaint should not be granted. IT IS FURHTER ORDERED that the Defendant shall file an Answer in the Complaint and Response to Plaintiff’s Application for Order to Show Cause no later than May 31, 2023, and Plaintiff shall file a Reply to Defendant’s Response no later than June 2, 2023.
